电磁兼容（EMC）

电磁兼容（EMC）实验室具有行业一流标准，建有设备先进，功能完善，项目齐全的10m法半电波暗室、3m法半电波暗室、1m法半电波暗室、3m法全电波暗室、屏蔽室8个，可开展低压电器产品、低压成套产品、中高压输配电产品、智能电器产品、新能源产品、军用电子产品、医疗器械、通信电子产品、汽车电子产品、汽车整车产品的辐射发射测试EMI和辐射抗扰度测试EMS。所有屏蔽室依据 EN50147-1 最新标准的测试数据，屏蔽效能完全满足标准要求。

10m法半电波暗室，尺寸：26.5m× 20.8m× 9.0m (L×W×H) ，净空间尺寸：25.5m× 19.65m× 8.0m(L×W×H) ，目前属于国内最大的10米法电波暗室。双转台设计先进，功能齐全。暗室内配置2个转台：大转台（直径8米，承重15吨），静区：直径8米、高度3米；小转台（直径2米，承重2吨），静区：直径2米、高度2.5米。双转台的配置，可以同时满足辐射发射和辐射抗扰度场地要求，提升测试效率。满足了各种类型的大型设备测试需要。

辐射抗扰度针对大型EUT有特殊设计。场均匀性FU测试：频率范围26MHz-18GHz，大转台之上0.8m-3.8m范围内3.0mx3.0m垂直平面内包含4个1.5mx1.5m垂直平面，满足大型EUT的辐射抗扰度测试。

电源接口满足各类交流和直流供电设备的需要，并在8米大转台配置有随动接口板及相应的能量链条（容量：直流DC2000V 500A 交流AC1000V 500A），为大容量产品的测试提供更为便捷和安全的连接。

引入冷却系统的特殊设计，电波暗室引入了冷却系统，可以满足大功率设备水冷或油冷需要，配置了液体波导和相应的管路接口。

采用大电流产品的特殊设计，电波暗室配置一套8000A稳流电源，可以实现军民或民用大电流产品的全套电磁兼容检测。

EMC

The Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) laboratory has industry-leading standards, advanced equipment, and complete functions. It has 8 complete projects, including a 10m method semi anechoic chamber, a 3m method semianechoic chamber, a 1m method semi anechoic chamber, a 3m method full anechoic chamber, and a shielding chamber. It can carry out EMI and EMS radiation immunity testing for low-voltage electrical products, low-voltage complete sets of products, medium and high voltage transmission and distribution products, intelligent electrical products, new energy products, military electronic products, medical devices, communication electronic products, automotive electronic products, and automotive vehicle products. According to the latest test data of EN50147-1 standard, all shielded rooms fully meet the shielding effectiveness requirements.

A 10m method semi anechoic chamber with dimensions of 26.5m x 20.8m x 9.0m (L x W x H) and a net space size of 25.5m x 19.65m x 8.0m (L x W x H) is currently the largest 10 meter method anechoic chamber in China. The dual turntable design is advanced and fully functional. Two turntables are equipped in the darkroom: a large turntable (with a diameter of 8 meters and a load capacity of 15 tons), and a quiet area with a diameter of 8 meters and a height of 3 meters; Small turntable (diameter 2 meters, load capacity 2 tons), static area: diameter 2 meters, height 2.5 meters. The configuration of a dual turntable can meet both radiation emission and radiation immunity site requirements, improving testing efficiency. Satisfied the testing needs of various types of large-scale equipment.

Radiation immunity is specially designed for large EUTs. Field uniformity FU test: In the frequency range of 26MHz-18GHz, there are four 1.5mx1.5m vertical planes in the 3.0mx3.0m vertical plane within the 0.8m-3.8m range above the large turntable, which meets the radiation immunity test of large EUTs.

The power interface meets the needs of various AC and DC power supply equipment, and is equipped with a follow-up interface board and corresponding energy chain (capacity: DC 2000V 500A AC 1000V 500A) on an 8-meter turntable, providing a more convenient and safe connection for testing high-capacity products.

The special design of the cooling system has been introduced, and the anechoic chamber has introduced a cooling system that can meet the water or oil cooling needs of high-power equipment. It is equipped with liquid waveguides and corresponding pipeline interfaces.

Adopting a special design of high current products, the anechoic chamber is equipped with an 8000A stable current power supply, which can achieve a complete set of electromagnetic compatibility testing for military or civilian high current products.
