防爆电器
防爆电器检测部开展各类型矿用、厂用防爆配电装置、防爆通信、防爆仪表、防爆电动执行装置、防爆电机、防爆灯具等防爆电气产品的检验检测。可进行CCC强制性认证检测、防爆合格证检测、国际认证检测、各级政府监督检测及研发测试服务。
实验室配备隔爆性能试验系统、本安无火花试验系统、电机测控制系统、电气性能试验系统、步入式高低温湿热交变箱、静压试验系统、安全栅脉冲测试装置、非金属材料抗静电、耐光照、耐燃等试验设备，检测能力覆盖GB/T 3836系列标准，其中隔爆试验灌：直径1.6m/容积5m3;直径0.8m/容积0.8m3;耐压：5.0MPa。
Explosion-proof electrical appliances
The explosion-proof electrical testing department carries out inspection and testing of various types of explosion-proof electrical products, such as mining and factory explosion-proof distribution devices, explosion-proof communication, explosion-proof instruments, explosion-proof electric actuators, explosion-proof motors, explosion-proof lamps, etc. We can provide mandatory CCC certification testing, explosion-proof certificate testing, international certification testing, government supervision testing at all levels, and research and development testing services.
The laboratory is equipped with explosion-proof performance testing system, intrinsic safety spark free testing system, motor measurement and control system, electrical performance testing system, walk-in high and low temperature wet and hot alternating box, static pressure testing system, safety barrier pulse testing device, non-metallic material anti-static, light resistance, flame resistance and other testing equipment. The detection capacity covers the GB/T 3836 series standards, among which the explosion-proof test tank has a diameter of 1.6m/volume of 5m3; Diameter 0.8m/volume 0.8m3; Pressure resistance: 5.0MPa.
